Hi guyz this trick is working fine in all states in which airtel given d plan of MO 30p/50kb. Read below
1.first u have to install ucweb 5.1 or generic version for ur handset(not sis only jar) in ur phone memory.
2.Correct ur suite setings as folows

go to ur phone tools/app manager/ucweb/suite setting/and add following settings.

Network access : ask 1st time 
Messaging : ask every time 
App.Auto start : ask 1st time 
Connectivity : always allowed 
Multimedia : ask 1st time 
Read user data : ask every time 
Edit user data : ask every time .
3.Activate 30p/50kb MO plan by dialing *567# its toll free.
4.Now open ucweb at first time .a network intialization will on the go connect ucweb with MO. It will connected nd then u will read a message network successful(or any about success of network).
5.Enter d address of download nd then click on ok.
6.Nd then save it to memory card when download starts stop it close d connection of MO FROM CONNECTION MANAGER ND THEN CLICK ON START AND CHOOSE THE CONNECTION NOP NOW. U will see that dowloading continues.
MAIN THINGS TO NOTE.
1.At the first time when network intialization takes place only near about 0.90paisa will deduct.It will be deducted only in the begining. 
2.Whenever u open ucweb .Enter d adress of download directly nd select profile MO 30p/50kb nd click on save. In this procedure the file size does'nt matter is it of 1kb or 1gb.It means u can download 1gb file in 0.60paisa.
3.For one download u wil be charged only 0.60 paisa .
